Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with assigned OEM customers for mature product lines and recurring revenue
- Develop and monitor open order reports to prioritize customer demand and communicate with relevant teams
- Support internal actions to address customer priorities and resolve issues promptly
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service or sales within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and SAP
