Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with assigned OEM customers for mature product lines and recurring revenue
  • Develop and monitor open order reports to prioritize customer demand and communicate with relevant teams
  • Support internal actions to address customer priorities and resolve issues promptly
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or sales within a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and SAP
