Job Summary

Building an AI-first customer enablement function, the full-time Customer Enablement Specialist will design automated workflows and self-serve experiences while engaging directly with customers to drive adoption and deepen product value in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and implement AI-powered customer enablement systems that enhance user experience and drive measurable adoption
  • Engage directly with customers through training sessions and proactive outreach to identify needs and opportunities
  • Manage strategic customer programs, including the Customer Advisory Board and Executive Sponsor Program, to maintain strong relationships
Required qualifications
  • Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and customer-facing roles in technology or HR
  • Proven ability to design scalable systems and workflows that enhance customer education and engagement
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships and delivering expert guidance to clients
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving role requirements
  • Background in TA technology, HR tech implementation, or customer operations preferred
