Job Summary

Building an innovative customer enablement function, the full-time Customer Enablement Specialist will design AI-powered workflows and self-serve experiences while engaging directly with customers to drive product adoption and success in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and implement an AI-first customer enablement function with automated workflows and intelligent touchpoints
  • Engage directly with customers, facilitating training sessions and identifying opportunities for adoption and expansion
  • Manage key customer programs, ensuring strong relationships and continuity in strategic engagements
Required qualifications
  • Technical fluency with AI tools, automation platforms, and customer-facing technology
  • Experience in TA technology, HR tech implementation, or customer operations with a focus on building systems
  • Strong background in sales or customer success enablement, particularly in creating automated workflows
  • Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Proactive mindset with a strong customer orientation and a builder's mentality
