Job Summary
To enhance customer training initiatives, the full-time remote Customer Enablement Specialist will deliver engaging educational experiences across five product lines, develop innovative training content, and foster strong client relationships to ensure successful platform adoption.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver live training sessions for new and existing customers, ensuring they achieve competence and confidence in using the platforms
- Design and create interactive training materials, leveraging AI tools for content development and documentation updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback and ensure seamless training handoffs
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years in training, education, onboarding, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of prior B2B SaaS experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Demonstrated experience integrating generative AI tools into professional workflows
- Experience creating multimedia content for software applications
