Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer lifecycle data to identify engagement gaps and churn risk indicators
  • Design and implement structured customer engagement campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, data science, marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer experience or related environments
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis or data analytics
  • Experience in designing and leading customer engagement campaigns
  • Proficiency in BI tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) preferred
