Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Analyst (100% Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer lifecycle data to identify engagement gaps and churn risk indicators
- Design and implement structured customer engagement campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, data science, marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer experience or related environments
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or data analytics
- Experience in designing and leading customer engagement campaigns
- Proficiency in BI tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) preferred
