Job Summary
Providing exceptional service and support, the full-time Customer Engagement & Sales Support Associate will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with sales-related tasks in a fast-paced Customer Engagement Center, with some remote work and up to 10% in-office attendance required for training and meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from customers and provide accurate product and service information
- Assist customers with billing issues, including making outbound calls and notating accounts in CRM
- Collaborate with market employees to ensure a smooth customer experience and address customer concerns
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 1 year of retail or Customer Engagement Center/Call Center experience is preferred
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools
- Personable and professional phone demeanor
- Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple screens efficiently
