Job Summary
Driving enterprise growth and executive market engagement, the full-time remote Customer Engagement Director will develop strategic institutional partnerships, enhance executive relationships, and accelerate revenue growth across North America Higher Education.
Key responsibilities
- Lead executive-level institutional partnership strategies and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in higher education
- Develop and implement executive engagement strategies for high-priority accounts to accelerate opportunities and improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enterprise initiatives with measurable commercial outcomes and drive revenue growth
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales strategy, business development, or related commercial leadership roles
- Proven ability to influence executive-level buying decisions and develop strategic institutional engagements
- Experience in Higher Education, EdTech, SaaS, or complex consultative sales environments preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data and market intelligence for strategic decision-making
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI/Tableau, and other enterprise sales intelligence tools
