Job Summary

Driving enterprise growth and executive market engagement, the full-time remote Customer Engagement Director will develop strategic institutional partnerships, enhance executive relationships, and accelerate revenue growth across North America Higher Education.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead executive-level institutional partnership strategies and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in higher education
  • Develop and implement executive engagement strategies for high-priority accounts to accelerate opportunities and improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enterprise initiatives with measurable commercial outcomes and drive revenue growth
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales strategy, business development, or related commercial leadership roles
  • Proven ability to influence executive-level buying decisions and develop strategic institutional engagements
  • Experience in Higher Education, EdTech, SaaS, or complex consultative sales environments preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data and market intelligence for strategic decision-making
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI/Tableau, and other enterprise sales intelligence tools
