Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Hub Digital Experience Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with other leaders to drive and define the strategic direction of the Customer Engagement Hub
  • Lead the creation and launch of the fully integrated, multichannel Customer Engagement Hub
  • Establish a Digital Experience Center of Excellence to engage with and influence digital experience teams across the organization
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in developing and implementing customer digital experience strategies
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or Engineering fields of study
  • Proven track record of delivering successful customer digital experience strategies
  • Experience in building and leading a digital experience team
  • Strong digital platform/customer engagement hub/community management skills
