Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engagement & Community Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the strategy and execution of the customer community, including content creation and moderation
  • Manage customer cases and collaborate with Account Managers to resolve issues efficiently
  • Attend product meetings to integrate client feedback into product development and manage Beta programs
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, community management, or product engagement strategy
  • Experience in pre-sales or post-sales support, including product demos and training
  • Proven ability to build relationships and manage projects with stakeholders
  • Experience with CRMs, Customer Support tools, and Project Management tools
  • Familiarity with the Google Productivity Suite
