Job Summary
Driving customer engagement and product adoption, the full-time Customer Engagement Manager will manage pilot programs, oversee onboarding processes, and build strong relationships with clients in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Run pilots, define success criteria, and create pathways for customer conversion
- Own the onboarding process, develop launch plans, and ensure teams quickly realize value
- Drive product adoption by training customers and sharing best practices to enhance their workflows
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or post-sales in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience in managing pilots and onboarding for enterprise clients
- Strong product fluency and the ability to simplify complex products for customers
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption through effective customer interactions
- Experience collaborating with Account Executives on expansion and renewal strategies
