Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Manager in the Financial and HLS Vertical.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth in Icertis Services
  • Upsell and cross-sell to increase revenue in existing accounts
  • Develop sales strategy and plans to achieve targets

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12+ years selling/closing deals in top consulting/IT services firms
  • Experience in account management and selling IT services in Financial Services and HLS vertical
  • Understanding of eProcurement, ERP/Supply Chain Solutions, and related business processes
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience with C-Level client relationship building and management
