Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Manager with a focus on Gainsight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and management of behavior-based campaigns in Gainsight to enhance customer engagement and retention
  • Utilize Gainsight features to optimize campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams for a seamless customer experience
  • Analyze campaign performance data to derive insights and continuously improve customer engagement strategies


Required Qualifications
  • Extensive hands-on experience with the Gainsight platform and customer success workflows
  • Proven experience in executing behavior-driven campaigns in customer success or marketing
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics and experience with data analysis tools
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Technical proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems; basic SQL knowledge is a plus
