Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Manager with a focus on Gainsight.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and management of behavior-based campaigns in Gainsight to enhance customer engagement and retention
- Utilize Gainsight features to optimize campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams for a seamless customer experience
- Analyze campaign performance data to derive insights and continuously improve customer engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience with the Gainsight platform and customer success workflows
- Proven experience in executing behavior-driven campaigns in customer success or marketing
- Strong proficiency in data analytics and experience with data analysis tools
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Technical proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems; basic SQL knowledge is a plus
