Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Manager responsible for enhancing customer relationships and driving engagement with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and support
- Execute customer engagement programs and drive ongoing customer interaction using health indicators
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and advocating for their needs within the organization
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or support for SaaS-based software
- Proficiency in desktop software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of the construction industry or ability to learn
- Technical skills and a strong sense of personal integrity and ownership of outcomes
