Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Manager to support GFN customers using Overleaf.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop knowledge of solutions and customer workflows, delivering training to onboard new customers
  • Act as the first-line contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues with internal teams
  • Create user-facing documentation and support various user-facing initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success at a B2B software organization or similar
  • Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders within an organization
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork across functional teams
  • Passionate about advocating for customers
