Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop knowledge of solutions and customer workflows, delivering training to onboard new customers
- Act as the first-line contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues with internal teams
- Create user-facing documentation and support various user-facing initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success at a B2B software organization or similar
- Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders within an organization
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork across functional teams
- Passionate about advocating for customers
