Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced understanding of customer support workflows and remote team management
  • Proficiency in call center leadership, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools
  • Experience in consultative service practices to enhance team performance and customer experience
