Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in customer support or people leadership, preferably in a remote setting
- BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent experience; professional certification may be preferred
- Advanced understanding of customer support workflows and remote team management
- Proficiency in call center leadership, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools
- Experience in consultative service practices to enhance team performance and customer experience
