Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of Customer Engagement Representatives to provide exceptional customer support
  • Monitor support quality, productivity, and sales outcomes while maintaining team reporting and action plans
  • Implement inbound and outbound engagement strategies to enhance the customer journey and ensure timely issue resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in customer support or people leadership, preferably in a remote setting
  • BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent experience; professional certification may be preferred
  • Advanced understanding of customer support workflows and remote team management
  • Advanced knowledge of call center leadership and digital communication tools
  • Experience in implementing training and development programs for customer support excellence
