Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of Customer Engagement Representatives to provide exceptional customer support
- Monitor support quality, productivity, and sales outcomes while maintaining team reporting and action plans
- Implement inbound and outbound engagement strategies to enhance the customer journey and ensure timely issue resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in customer support or people leadership, preferably in a remote setting
- BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent experience; professional certification may be preferred
- Advanced understanding of customer support workflows and remote team management
- Advanced knowledge of call center leadership and digital communication tools
- Experience in implementing training and development programs for customer support excellence
