Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Manager responsible for managing client relationships and driving product adoption and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture customer advocacy while driving demos and managing CRM updates
- Onboard and train new customers, establish performance goals, and advocate for customer needs across departments
- Program-manage customer issues and escalations, while researching and implementing new software solutions
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or 4 additional years of professional experience
- Proven ability to drive product value and familiarity with clients of various sizes
- Project management experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, G Suite, and Gaming Operations Systems
