Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Manager responsible for managing client relationships and driving product adoption and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture customer advocacy while driving demos and managing CRM updates
  • Onboard and train new customers, establish performance goals, and advocate for customer needs across departments
  • Program-manage customer issues and escalations, while researching and implementing new software solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or 4 additional years of professional experience
  • Proven ability to drive product value and familiarity with clients of various sizes
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, G Suite, and Gaming Operations Systems
