Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and management of behavior-based campaigns in Gainsight to enhance customer engagement and retention
  • Utilize Gainsight features to optimize campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless customer experiences
  • Leverage data analytics to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement


Required Qualifications
  • Extensive hands-on experience with the Gainsight platform, including its various features
  • Proven experience in creating and optimizing behavior-driven campaigns
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics and familiarity with data analysis tools
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Technical proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems; basic understanding of SQL is a plus
