Job Summary

Owning strategic customer relationships, the full-time remote Customer Engagement Manager will oversee complex AI implementation programs, drive customer retention and renewal, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure successful digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead execution and governance for high-value AI implementation programs from scoping to deployment
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to manage account health and secure multi-year renewals
  • Establish and lead Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews with C-suite stakeholders to align platform capabilities with corporate goals
Required qualifications
  • 6-8+ years of experience in enterprise customer success, technical program management, or solutions consulting
  • Proven experience driving software renewals and managing net retention rate goals in complex enterprise accounts
  • Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills with C-level and VP leaders
  • Strong technical aptitude in software architecture, API integrations, and AI/ML model deployment
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder delivery engagements and project planning
