Customer Engagement Outreach Coordinator

Job Summary

To support fundraising efforts, the temporary Customer Engagement Outreach Coordinator will work remotely for a 9-month assignment, focusing on recruiting and cultivating relationships with constituents while executing high-volume outreach calls to exceed revenue goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Recruit, cultivate, and steward assigned constituent groups to exceed overall revenue goals
• Execute daily outbound calls, totaling 350+ per week, and maintain 7-10 interactions with registered participants
• Implement revenue strategies and coach fundraisers to set and exceed fundraising goals

Required qualifications:

• 1+ years of related peer-to-peer fundraising experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to navigate multiple software programs simultaneously
• Must pass an FCRA accredited background check
