Customer Engagement Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Representative - Production Animal.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Territory Manager on sales strategies and manage customer accounts
• Handle incoming calls for sales orders and customer service issues, while initiating proactive calls to grow sales
• Assist accounts with product inquiries, order processing, and returns while providing excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Veterinary Technology or a bachelor's degree in an animal health field or equivalent agricultural degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in a veterinary clinic or 2+ years in an animal health call center environment preferred
