Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with leads through various communication channels
- Ensure customers understand the value of the company's services during interactions
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate team as needed
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience (email, phone, and/or chat)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Internet speed of at least 50Mbps for video and VoIP calls
