Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Customer Engagement Representative to provide customer support remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture relationships with leads through various communication channels
  • Ensure customers understand the value of the company's services during interactions
  • Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate team as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer support experience (email, phone, and/or chat)
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Internet speed of at least 50Mbps for video and VoIP calls
