Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Representative II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to support their objectives throughout the customer journey
  • Assist customers with inquiries and product orders through various communication channels
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers to build long-term business relationships and drive revenue growth
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in veterinary technology or a bachelor's degree in an animal health field preferred
  • Two or more years of customer service experience in a call center environment and/or sales background
  • General experience in the animal health industry is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Comfortable with technology and extended hours on a computer
