Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Representative to manage client requests and support the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound leads quickly and professionally through various communication channels
  • Qualify client requests and provide initial cost estimates while setting clear expectations
  • Maintain client relationships, track interactions in the CRM, and identify upselling opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in inbound sales, inside sales, or customer support (B2B or B2C)
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 advanced level; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple client requests
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
