Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Customer Engagement Representative will act as a patient advocate, managing inquiries and requests through various communication channels while ensuring timely healthcare access and first call resolution.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle high volumes of inbound/outbound interactions, resolving customer inquiries and coordinating healthcare services
  • Document interactions accurately and concisely while adhering to established policies and procedures for one call resolution
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community members to address patient concerns and navigate the healthcare system effectively
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or health insurance preferred
  • Working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to type an average of 40 WPM
  • Experience with electronic medical record systems is a plus
  • Ability to speak Spanish is desired
