Job Summary
Partnering with Territory Managers to maximize revenue, the full-time Customer Engagement Representative will manage sales orders, handle customer service inquiries, and proactively engage with established accounts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Territory Managers on sales strategies and account management
- Process incoming sales orders and address customer service issues for assigned accounts
- Initiate proactive outreach to develop customer loyalty and increase sales revenue
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in Veterinary Technology or a bachelor's degree in an animal health field preferred
- One year of experience in a veterinary clinic or two or more years in an animal health call center environment preferred
- Proficiency in product knowledge and customer service best practices
- Ability to effectively communicate in individual and group settings
- Demonstrated self-motivation and commitment to achieving performance goals
