Job Summary
To ensure timely healthcare delivery and exceptional customer experiences, the full-time Customer Engagement Representative will act as a patient advocate, managing inquiries and concerns through various communication channels while providing education on services and resources.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues on the first call
- Coordinate healthcare services including appointment scheduling, updating patient records, and managing communications with care teams
- Utilize multiple communication platforms to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions efficiently
Required qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with 1-2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or health insurance preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to type an average of 40 WPM
- Working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking
- Experience with electronic medical record systems is a plus
- Ability to speak Spanish is desired
