Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Solutions Architect specializing in Marketing Cloud Strategy and Execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement multi-channel engagement strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define campaign goals and audience segmentation strategies
• Drive QA, testing, and campaign deployment while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent platforms
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS, and dynamic content scripting
• Strong understanding of data structures and campaign execution
• Experience managing the full campaign lifecycle from planning to optimization
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms or customer data platforms (CDPs) is preferred
