Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Engagement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support via phone, chat, and email for IPTV and Internet services
  • Perform troubleshooting and follow-up testing to resolve customer issues
  • Act as the primary support liaison between the company and residential customers
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, telecommunications, or technical support
  • Ability to work nontraditional schedules, including evenings and weekends
  • Must have DSL or high-speed internet service with specified minimum speeds
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
