Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Engagement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for telephone, IPTV, and Internet services, addressing complex customer inquiries
  • Perform troubleshooting and follow-up testing to resolve technical issues effectively
  • Act as the primary support liaison for residential customers, recommending services and resolving issues via phone, chat, and email
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in customer service, telecommunications, or technical support
  • Ability to work nontraditional schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have DSL or high-speed internet service with specified minimum speeds
  • Candidates must meet all technical requirements prior to the first day of training
