Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engagement & Concierge Specialist, remote within Serbia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound engagement campaigns to drive login rates and app downloads
• Facilitate and encourage pre-event networking through direct outreach and matchmaking support
• Conduct high-energy video demonstrations to showcase the platform's value

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in tele-sales, SDR roles, or outbound account management
• Ability to conduct engaging video demonstrations
• Strong understanding of user onboarding and engagement strategies
• Familiarity with event management platforms or similar tools
• Proven track record of driving user adoption and meeting scheduling
