Customer Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement & Concierge Specialist, Remote within Serbia, for a fixed term.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound engagement campaigns to enhance login rates and app downloads
• Facilitate and encourage pre-event networking by booking meetings between participants
• Conduct engaging video demonstrations to showcase the value of the platform and mobile app

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in tele-sales, SDR roles, or outbound account management
• Ability to work US shifts (9am-6pm EST) between March & April 2026
• Proven track record in driving user engagement and platform adoption
• Strong technical proficiency with event management tools
• Experience in conducting onboarding programs for large user groups
