Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to provide support to Medicaid recipients in a Dental Medicaid Call Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer 40-60 inbound calls, addressing inquiries of varying complexity
  • Capture and update member information accurately in systems
  • Investigate unresolved issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare customer service role
  • 1+ year of experience in a high-volume call center
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work 40 hours/week with shift availability between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time
