Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to provide support to Medicaid recipients in a Dental Medicaid Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer 40-60 inbound calls, addressing inquiries of varying complexity
- Capture and update member information accurately in systems
- Investigate unresolved issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare customer service role
- 1+ year of experience in a high-volume call center
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work 40 hours/week with shift availability between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time
