Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist, Inbound.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 12 months call center experience, upselling preferred
  • Availability to work flexible hours between 5:00am and 9:30pm MST, including weekends
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and software
  • Ability to type 40 wpm or more
  • Current eligibility to legally work in the United States
