Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist, Inbound.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months call center experience, upselling preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours between 5:00am and 9:30pm MST, including weekends
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and software
- Ability to type 40 wpm or more
- Current eligibility to legally work in the United States
