Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Engagement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for telephone, IPTV, and Internet services, addressing complex customer inquiries
- Conduct follow-up testing and troubleshooting to resolve technical support issues efficiently
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to recommend services and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in customer service, telecommunications, or technical support
- Ability to work nontraditional schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have DSL or high-speed internet service with specified minimum speeds
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
