Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand positively through customer interactions via phone, web chat, and social media
- Educate customers and schedule appointments for service visits, responding promptly to inquiries
- Maintain customer records accurately within operating systems and CRM tools
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or customer service/support
- Experience with telephony and CRM software solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Remote work experience is a plus
