Job Summary
To support conversion efforts, the part-time Customer Engagement Specialist will re-engage warm customer leads through follow-up appointments, manage retention efforts, and provide consultative sales support in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Re-engage warm customer leads to coordinate and schedule follow-up appointments
- Manage volume rehash and retention efforts by reviving and saving cancelled contracts
- Accurately document activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
Required qualifications
- Prior phone sales, inside sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong customer service and consultative selling skills with proven objection-handling ability
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Strong analytical skills to assess opportunities and tailor solutions
- Ability to work independently in a part-time, production-focused role
