Customer Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Customer Engagement Specialist, this full-time remote position will generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, collaborate with the marketing team to qualify inbound leads, and manage lead flow using Salesforce while meeting monthly goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through outbound phone and email prospecting
• Work closely with the marketing team to qualify inbound leads
• Manage lead flow in Salesforce, tracking qualified leads through acceptance by sales representatives

Required Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and possess excellent writing skills
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to grasp basic technical concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite
• Comfortable managing time effectively and working autonomously
