Job Summary

Acting as the main point of contact for customer account teams, the contract Customer Engagement Specialist will drive product adoption and training initiatives remotely, focusing on educator and student usage at scale while executing growth strategies for large districts and strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer and field engagement ownership by supporting account teams and providing guidance on adoption strategies
  • Plan and deliver strategic training programs to enhance educator and student engagement with products
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure quality and scalability of training initiatives
Required qualifications
