Job Summary
As the first point of contact for potential customers planning a move, the remote Customer Engagement Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule survey appointments, provide basic moving quotes, and introduce value-added services while working full-time from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule survey appointments by managing inbound and outbound calls and electronic leads
- Engage with potential customers to gather move details and explain service options
- Maintain accurate records and meet individual and team performance targets
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and 1 to 2 years of customer service or call center experience
- A high-energy, customer-first mindset with a desire to solve problems
- Strong listening and engagement skills with the ability to ask thoughtful questions
- Comfort working independently and a willingness to grow into new responsibilities
- An interest in building sales and service skills in a collaborative environment
