Job Summary

Providing compassionate support and expert guidance, the full-time Customer Engagement Specialist will assist Medicaid recipients in navigating their dental benefits and accessing essential services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer 40-60 inbound calls, addressing inquiries of varying complexity
  • Accurately capture and update member information in systems
  • Investigate unresolved issues and collaborate with internal teams for follow-up and resolution
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare customer service role
  • 1+ year of experience in a high-volume call center
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, with availability between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Central Time
