Job Summary
Providing compassionate support and expert guidance, the full-time Customer Engagement Specialist will assist Medicaid recipients in navigating their dental benefits and accessing essential services while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Answer 40-60 inbound calls, addressing inquiries of varying complexity
- Accurately capture and update member information in systems
- Investigate unresolved issues and collaborate with internal teams for follow-up and resolution
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare customer service role
- 1+ year of experience in a high-volume call center
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, with availability between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Central Time
