Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Inbound Customer Engagement Specialist will deliver exceptional service through inbound and outbound calls, helping customers initiate their car buying process while meeting performance goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide extraordinary service by following a Customer First philosophy during customer interactions
• Enhance selling skills through rapport building, understanding customer needs, and closing sales
• Utilize tools to identify custom solutions and ensure first contact resolution for customer inquiries

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service and consultative sales environment
• Ability to manage a high volume of customer calls while meeting various performance metrics
• Technical proficiency to navigate computer systems and applications efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Residence in specific states where hiring is permitted, including Alabama, Arizona, and Texas
