Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Inbound Customer Engagement Specialist will deliver exceptional service on inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers in their car buying process while meeting performance goals in a structured environment.

• Continuously improve selling skills, including rapport building and closing sales, to enhance customer loyalty
