Job Summary

A company in the Education industry is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist.

Position Responsibilities
  • Sell existing customers on additional products in a persuasive and informative manner
  • Call existing customers to assess their engagement level with, identify problems, and drive to a resolution
  • Tailor each call to the specific needs and interests of the customer, using active listening skills to understand their pain points and goals
Required Qualifications
  • 0-1+ years of sales or relevant customer-facing experience
  • Proven track record of hitting/exceeding goals
  • Excited to be on the phone and calling a large volume of customers each day (30-50)
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
  • A strong mix of tenacity and curiosity to help educate potential customers
