Job Summary
A company in the Education industry is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist.
Position Responsibilities
- Sell existing customers on additional products in a persuasive and informative manner
- Call existing customers to assess their engagement level with, identify problems, and drive to a resolution
- Tailor each call to the specific needs and interests of the customer, using active listening skills to understand their pain points and goals
Required Qualifications
- 0-1+ years of sales or relevant customer-facing experience
- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding goals
- Excited to be on the phone and calling a large volume of customers each day (30-50)
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- A strong mix of tenacity and curiosity to help educate potential customers
