Customer Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engineer for the Eastern US region.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with enterprise sales teams to provide technical input and gather requirements during the pre-sale process
• Develop and maintain relationships with technical leadership of enterprise customers, acting as a trusted advisor
• Lead meetings to understand customer requirements and work with teams to design, implement, test, and deploy applications

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Enterprise technical pre-sales or solution consulting
• Familiarity with the software product development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies
• Solid understanding of application architecture for large-scale applications
• Strong knowledge of AI's role in accelerating application development workflows
• Based in Central or Eastern US timezones
