Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engineer to support and enhance customer relationships through product demonstrations and technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and environment reviews for customers
  • Manage customer issues end to end, including complex cases and escalations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues across Patch My PC products and supported platforms
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Configuration Manager or Intune
  • 5+ years of experience in technical, customer-facing roles
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across relevant products and platforms
  • Proficiency with Intune, Configuration Manager, WSUS, and related enterprise management tools
  • Ability to perform detailed root cause analysis
