Customer Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engineer to ensure successful installation and early adoption of its products.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the end-to-end product-solution owner for customer installations and manage scope during implementation
• Engage with customers to understand their operational needs and design tailored solutions using the product suite
• Define product functionality and scope Statements of Work, ensuring all technical requirements and dependencies are documented

Required Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology solutions to local government or public sector customers
• Strong understanding of systems and data integration, especially with legacy or on-premise software
• Familiarity with ETL pipelines, RESTful APIs, and database connectivity (SQL, Oracle)
• Proven ability to scope technical work accurately for engineering teams
• Ability to travel 10-15 business days per quarter
