Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the "first successful search" activation milestone for new customers
  • Monitor customer health across all accounts to ensure value delivery and identify risks
  • Drive expansion and cross-sell opportunities based on new API features
Required Qualifications
  • Technical literacy to understand and troubleshoot integration code (Python, JSON, SQL)
  • B2B data fluency, including knowledge of firmographics, technographics, and contact enrichment
  • Understanding of API concepts such as REST, webhooks, and authentication
  • Experience in early-stage companies with a focus on customer success
  • Ability to create and adapt playbooks based on evolving needs
