Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own the "first successful search" activation milestone for new customers
- Monitor customer health across all accounts to ensure value delivery and identify risks
- Drive expansion and cross-sell opportunities based on new API features
Required Qualifications
- Technical literacy to understand and troubleshoot integration code (Python, JSON, SQL)
- B2B data fluency, including knowledge of firmographics, technographics, and contact enrichment
- Understanding of API concepts such as REST, webhooks, and authentication
- Experience in early-stage companies with a focus on customer success
- Ability to create and adapt playbooks based on evolving needs
