Customer Engineer, a full-time remote position focused on supporting customers in maximizing their investment in Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune through automated application management, while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, deployment, and ongoing assistance
• Demonstrate the value of products to enhance customer investment in application management solutions
• Help customers achieve their security and compliance goals

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune
• Ability to work during East Coast business hours
• Proven experience in customer support or engineering roles
• Strong understanding of automated application management
• Willingness to work in a fully remote environment
