Job Summary
As the first Customer Engineer in a full-time remote position, the successful candidate will manage technical onboarding and implementation for Enterprise accounts, serve as the primary technical expert on the Customer Experience team, and partner with Sales to provide technical credibility in pre-sales conversations.
Key responsibilities
- Own technical onboarding and implementation for large Enterprise accounts, managing API integrations, SSO configurations, and custom workflows
- Act as the primary technical expert, addressing customer inquiries about APIs, integrations, AI capabilities, and platform architecture
- Collaborate with the Sales team in pre-sales discussions to scope custom implementations and assist in closing Enterprise deals
Required qualifications
- Experience leading Enterprise engagements and translating complex technical issues into actionable solutions
- Hands-on experience with API integrations and understanding of integration architecture
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in technical problem-solving
- Proven ability to build internal tooling and operate effectively in ambiguous environments
- Background in B2B SaaS, ideally in roles such as Implementation Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager
